ASCENDUM BECOMES AMMANN DEALER

Salzburg. Ascendum Baumaschinen Österreich GmbH is pleased to announce a new partnership with the successful machine manufacturer Ammann. From now on Ascendum represents Ammann products in Austria as an official dealer.

This cooperation follows a significant acquisition by the Swiss Ammann Group in December 2023, in which the company acquired the ABG asphalt paver plant in Hameln, Germany and its production from Volvo CE. Ammann is thus expanding its product portfolio and production capacities. Production of the ABG asphalt pavers in the Titan series will now continue in proven quality as TITAN ABG products under Ammann.

Ammann is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of construction equipment and is known for its innovations and the high quality of its products. With the acquisition of the former Volvo plant and the ABG asphalt pavers, Ammann is sending a strong signal and strengthening its market position in the road construction machinery sector. At the same time, Ascendum, together with Ammann, is taking the opportunity to strengthen its global sales network.

Ascendum Baumaschinen Österreich GmbH will take over the sales, service and spare parts supply for Ammann in the soil and asphalt compactor and road paver sectors in Austria from June 2024.
