- Service and repair acceptance, scheduling, complaint processing
- Support and technical advice for our customers
- Quotation preparation, quotation invoicing, invoice clarification
- Active offering of services
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Training as a mechanic for cars, trucks, agricultural or construction machinery
- Several years of professional experience as well as master craftsman’s examination advantageous
- Solution orientation and willingness for continuous education and training
- Customer orientation, ability to work in a team, reliability, flexibility and commitment
