Ascendum offers you security with regard to your machine. In addition to a comprehensive standard warranty for all machine types, we also offer you an extended warranty tailored to your machine. You can find all the details about your warranty options here.
STANDARD
The standard warranty is valid for 1 year or 2000 operating hours of your machine. With this warranty, you are covered for spare parts, labour and travel expenses.
EXTENDED WARRANTY

STANDARD WARRANTY
With our standard warranty, you benefit from one year or up to 2,000 operating hours of reliable protection for your machine. This warranty ensures that you can concentrate fully on your work while we take care of unexpected costs. As with all warranty offers, normal wear parts and damage caused by improper use or force are excluded.
In order for the warranty to be valid, all maintenance must be carried out exclusively by our authorised service team during the entire warranty period. This is the only way we can ensure the quality and reliability of your machine and guarantee comprehensive warranty protection.
