HISTORY
Since 1986, we have been the exclusive dealer of Volvo Construction Equipment in Austria. It all began with the opening of the headquarters in Bergheim near Salzburg. At that time, the company was still under the name “Rolba”. From 2004 to 2013, we became part of a global group for the first time, as “Volvo Construction Equipment”. Since 2013, we have been Ascendum, relying on a strong, trans-regional network. Little by little, branches were opened all over Austria, so that our network now includes 6 sites and 180 staff.

Ascendum is backed by a team of 180 people. Every single one of them makes a vital contribution to the success of the company. As a traditional company, we place great emphasis on personal advice and close client relationships. Nobody is just a number here; we are all Ascendum. To give you an insight into the responsibilities, we would like to introduce you to our senior and division managers.

Our A-Team at Ascendum Baumaschinen Österreich GmbH is made up of 180 staff members. Would you like to join them?
6 branches
Across Austria, Ascendum has 6 branches with workshops and rental stations. Our headquarters is located in Bergheim near Salzburg. In addition, the branches can be found in Gumpoldskirchen near Vienna, Lieboch near Graz, St Marien near Linz, Villach and Volders near Innsbruck.
60 service buses
Our service network is complemented in particular by our 60 mobile construction machinery technicians, who are available for you all over Austria. Our service buses always have the key tools, oil and parts on board.
190,000 spare parts
We have access to a huge range of spare parts in our brands Volvo CE and Sennebogen. Are you looking for something specific? We are happy to advise.
400 rental machines
All over Austria, we offer over 400 rental construction machines, which are maintained at the highest level. Since 2006, business clients have been able to rent equipment from Ascendum Baumaschinen Österreich GmbH, such as wheel loaders and excavators or even haulers of any size.
New, used or rental
We offer you the complete Volvo CE product range, from compact excavators to rigid haulers plus Sennebogen material handlers as well as Epiroc attachments. In addition, we offer you used equipment as well as a rental fleet of around 400 construction machines maintained at the highest level.
